This Saturday - JAY HITT and LISA LIPKIN

Many of you have been asking to see JAY HITT perform again locally; and this week your wish comes true!

This Saturday, April 28 we present JAY HITT from Pittsburgh PA and and LISA LIPKIN from New York! This will be our first double bill. As always we will host a potluck dinner at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm.

Arborea show - debriefing

Friday night's house concert was fantastic!  This is the part where I gush about our wonderful performers and our fabulous patrons.  That was some of the tastiest pot-luck food we have ever had.  I'm so happy to have you all as part of this amazing experience.  Here are some photos I took at the show of Buck and Shanti.

Last year we had the pleasure of hosting The Womack Family Band for a show.  They have been busy writing, recording and gigging since then, and we are pleased to have them coming back to HHCS on Friday May 18.  Here is a little of what's in store for you at that show.  Wow.  ~TH~

First show of 2012

We have an exciting 2012 House Concert season coming together

We don't have all of the show slots filled yet, but we just couldn't wait to give you a sneak peek!

 We're very excited to present to you our first artist of the 2012 season- Arborea!

On Friday March 30 Arborea will envelope you with silky vocals, visual lyrics and sparse but powerful string arrangements.  A perfect blend of sound that will leave you feeling at ease.

We're thrilled to bring this breath-taking musical experience to you.

"Arborea is a musical duo from Maine, formed in the summer of 2005 by wife and husband Shanti Curran and Buck Curran. Since 2007 they've toured extensively throughout the US, UK, and Europe, curated two various artists compilations; We are All One, In the Sun: A Tribute to Robbie Basho and Leaves of Life, and released several full length albums"

Light and atmospheric, yet powerful - this is a show you won't want to miss!
